I copied this from a community I'm a member of so I didn't have to rewrite it.LOL It is one of my recipes. Also you can adjust the veggies to your taste instead of going exactly by this recipe. I have used mushrooms, hot peppers, only broccoli, added some bacon just make it your own. That's why it looks like it looks. LOL
1 medium cucumber
1 medium yellow summer squash
1 medium zucchini
1 medium sweet red pepper
1 medium green pepper
4 Cups fresh broccoli florets
3 Cups fresh cauliflowerets
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 pkgs. Italian salad dressing mix
4 1/2 Cups uncooked bow tie pasta
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt*
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Wash but do not dry the first 5 ingredients, chop and put them in a large bowl. Add the remaining veggies. Sprinkle with dry dressing mix and toss to cover. Refrigerate overnight or 4-6 hours covered. Cook pasta by package directions then drain and rinse with cold water. Add to the veggie mixture. *I always taste for saltiness before I add more salt to the mixture. In a small bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Add to the salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve and refrigerate any leftovers(I haven't had any leftovers yet LOL)
